Franklin Flyer

      I'm a big fan of Nicholas Christopher novels.  I've waited since A Trip to the Stars for this next book.  While Franklin Flyer is not as mysterious as A Trip to the Stars or Veronica, it has it's not altogether next door and around the block.

     In the end, maybe that's reason I wasn't quite as taken with it as his earlier novels.  It sure starts off that way:
